Frequently Asked Questions.

When will I receive my order?

We post Monday - Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays):

• all orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same working day.
• all orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.
• most orders will be posted with "Royal Mail".
• some larger orders are posted with "My Hermes".

* We cannot provide any guarantee on when your items will be received as we are reliant on the courier service.

 

What will happen if you have placed an order for delivery to a non-GB address?

We do not currently post to any address outside of GB - any orders requiring postage to a non-GB address will be cancelled and fully reimbursed within 48 hours.

We cannot guarantee when the reimbursed payment will be in your account but we will send an email confirming the transaction has been returned.

Please note that we will only reimburse to the same account that we received the payment from.
